Yoga changed my life…
After my mom passed, I was guided to write the book Healed with Style & Grace, and also drawn to yoga. I had heard how it’s very helpful with healing and the next level of working out for me. I had been certified as a personal trainer but I was not as flexible as I would have liked. I was prescribed bikram yoga. Lol
I lucked up and received yoga lessons and started attending classes. I loved it. It was the perfect thing to go along with writing. I learned meditation, more balance, focus, flexibility, and it felt so good. I learned peace.
This is just amazing using yoga in school. This needs to become a trend in our schools. I love it!!
